Coaching Programs:

• Payment plans are binding. You are responsible for completing all instalments unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Refunds are offered only in cases of duplicate payments or technical errors.

• No refunds will be granted for dissatisfaction after access has been granted to the program or community unless outlined in a separate agreement.

Workshops & Mini-Series:

• Ticket purchases are non-refundable but may be transferrable with prior notice.
